Where are Shinola products manufactured?

We are proud to be based in Detroit. Our watches are hand-assembled in our state-of-the-art Detroit factory using Swiss and other imported parts. Our leather goods and jewelry are also crafted with a commitment to quality materials and American manufacturing.

What is your return policy for leather goods and watches?

We accept returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized or embossed items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Do Shinola watches come with a warranty?

Yes, every Shinola watch is guaranteed under our limited lifetime warranty. This covers the movement of the watch for the life of the product, provided it was purchased from an authorized retailer. Straps and crystals are excluded.

How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for orders requiring custom engraving or leather embossing.

Can I have my leather item personalized?

Absolutely. We offer custom monogramming and embossing services on a wide selection of our leather wallets, bags, and journals. This option can be selected directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart.

How should I care for my Shinola leather products?

We recommend using a high-quality leather cleaner and conditioner to maintain the suppleness of the hide. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or water, and wipe away any moisture immediately with a soft, dry cloth.
